Whether you have pictured a design in your mind’s eye, or it is something you have seen, we can guide you from conception to the finished article. We have the knowledge, expertise and skills to create the piece properly, in our own workshop.
Every natural diamond is unique. We source diamonds from around the world. If you need a certified stone of a particular shape, quality or size — or a replacement for a lost or broken stone — that search is part of the commission, not a separate errand.

Tell us what you have in mind
Bring a sketch, a photograph, a family stone, or simply a description. If you are still searching, we will help you narrow the idea before any metal is cut.

Choose the materials
Gold, platinum and stones are chosen for the design. A certified diamond can be matched to shape, quality and size, or we can reuse gold and stones you already own.

Made on the premises
The workshop is fully equipped and on site at Old Christchurch Road, so the goldsmiths who discuss the piece are the people who make it. That keeps the turnaround practical.

Finish, fit and collect
Engraving, polishing and a final check happen here. Engagement and wedding rings can be sized to the hand they are for, rather than altered after a long wait elsewhere.

Re-designs
An inherited piece can be remodelled or re-mounted so it can be worn again, without losing the metal or the stones.
Special occasions
Anniversary jewels, gifts and one-off commissions. If a birthstone matters to the date, we can set the traditional stone for that month.
In the workshop style
A look at the kinds of work the bench is asked for: diamond-set necklaces, pearl and metal rings, and stones held in a clean claw setting.
